How do you track visitors from my website?
When a visitor to your website clicks through on your Affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your Affiliate username. Their IP address is tracked in the database along with your Affiliate name. When this visitor decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and try to match their IP address to identify the Affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your Affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or the visitor is using the same IP address as the one logged in the database. The cookie is set to have a lifetime of 12 months. Top
When do I get paid?
We usually pay commissions in August. If you would prefer a different arrangement let us know. Top
How do I get paid?
We prefer to make commission payments by electronic Bank transfer directly into your account. If you prefer we can pay you by cheque but there will be a £5 handling charge for each cheque. Top

Can I use a text link?
Yes. Log into your Affiliate Account via Pansophix Online and you can create your own text hyperlink. Top
Can I use my own banner adverts?
Yes providing you have our approval. Just email us the banner advert you would like to use and we will let you know whether or not you can use it. Top
